Order online, pay, and pick your order up in the shop. No delivery — you collect from us.
How it works
- Add what you want to your basket and check out.
- Pay online. We hold your items from the moment you start checkout, so nothing sells out from under you while you are paying.
- You get an order confirmation with a reference like CTF-2026-000123. Keep it — it is how we find your order.
- Come to the shop during opening hours and give the reference at the counter.

When you arrive
Bring your order reference (and a photo ID if you paid by card). Ask at the counter and we will have your order ready. Orders are held for 5 days.
How long we hold your order
We hold paid orders for five days from the day they are ready. If you are going to be later than that, message us and we will keep it where we can — some fresh items will not last, and we will tell you honestly which.
Someone else collecting for you
That is fine. They need the order reference. For higher-value orders we may ask them to confirm the name on the order.
If something is out of stock
We put orders together by hand. On the rare occasion an item cannot be filled, we contact you before you travel and refund that item or agree a substitute — never a silent swap. See refunds and returns.
